How to Cancel Your Account

Immediate Effect
Once you submit a cancellation request, your account will be scheduled for cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email with the effective date.
What Happens After Cancellation
Post-Cancellation Process
Immediate Changes
- Access to account dashboard ends
- Status page becomes inaccessible
- Monitoring services stop
- Email notifications cease
- API access is disabled
- Billing stops immediately
Data Retention Period
Your data will be retained for a period of 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your account if needed.
Permanent Deletion
After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Billing Cycle Impact
When you cancel a subscription:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You can downgrade to a free plan if available
- Prorated refunds may apply depending on your plan
Monthly Subscriptions
Access continues until the end of the current month. No charges for the next month.
Annual Subscriptions
Access continues until the end of the current year. Consider downgrading for partial refunds.

Yes, you can reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation:

Re-enable your payment method

All your previous data is restored
Instant Reactivation
Reactivation is instant and all your data, settings, and services will be restored to their previous state.
